Mind Jar

A Mind Jar is a meditation tool to use whenever a child feels stressed,overwhelmed or upset. Imagine the glitter as your thoughts. When you shake the jar, imagine your head full of whirling thoughts, then watch them slowly settle while you calm down. 


Cut out some squares, circles or whatever other shapes you would like. Put affirmations suitable for the kids age group on them and take one you feel guided to. You can use them in group settings but also pick one a day,if you are using them at home.

Kids Yoga

Relaxation, Yoga Games, Stories, Art and Poses  are all used as  part of Kids Yoga.

Ronah studied with Rainbowkids yoga and is constantly looking out for more relaxation  and

well-being ideas for the little ones.





Gratitude Jar

Get a jar and fill them with little messages of all the things you and your child are grateful for.One suggestion could be adding a gratitude once a day,for example.When the Jar is full, they can pick one when they need to be reminded that they really have a lot to be grateful for.

Painted Rocks

Paint the rocks any colour you want. Then add any positive phrase or saying you feel.

Examples could include -Hope/Love/Trust/Play/Enjoy/Dance/Nature/Family/Music/Study/ Dream/Smile/Imagine/etc

Put them in your meditation room or somewhere where you can see them often and pick

one  when you feel like some inspiration.
